Congratulations to our two teams who represented our school at the city finals in March 2013. Competing against 44 other teams is a lot of pressure!
Battle of the Books
If you have a competitive nature, enjoy reading, or just want to have some fun, join Battle of the Books!
Battle of the Books uses a game show format where points are given to teams for correctly answering questions on eight pre-selected books. Questions are based on the characters, plots, and settings of the books and points are scored by correctly identifying and correctly spelling the titles and authors of the books.
Each team consists of four students from Grade 5 to 8. Students in each team may read all of the pre-selected titles or each team member may take responsibility for selected titles.
